Make you own Essential Oil Blend for Happiness! ☺

Have you ever thought about making your own Essential Oil blend for happiness?

Sweet Orange oil has a sweet and tangy smell to it. Just uncorking the bottle and inhaling the sweet scent makes me immediately feel it’s warming, uplifting properties. Some but not all properties of orange
essential oil are anti-depressant, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic,
antispasmodic, diuretic, sedative and tonic.

Aromatherapists use this oil for treatment of depression, anxiety, moodiness, stress and frustration. The oil is known for it’s uplifting quality and tends to make a person more cheerful when used.

This is a blend I love-I call it my happiness in a bottle…

  • 3 drops Bergamot
  • 1 drop Ylang Ylang
  • 3 drops Sweet Orange
  • 2 drops Jasmine
  • 2 drops Rose

You can mix several drops into a jar with Sea Salt for a heart lifting bath, use in a diffuser to uplift the spirits of the entire household or make your own nontoxic dryer sheets, sprinkle a few drops
of oil into potpourri to improve the fragrance.

Mix it up and get Happy! ☺

Sounds awesome! Sure wish I could afford large supplies of jasmine and rose! Love both of them in blends or even as single notes.

Thanks Lisa,

I have Rose Geranium that I like very much, so I will put it in and let you know how it smells!

Sure Kathy,

You could leave out the rose altogether and it would still be yummy, or try Geranium-especially Rose Geranium.
Hope this helps, let us know what you think! Happy Blending!

Sounds like a great blend to me! I don't have any rose but all the others. Could you suggest a substitute for the rose? I would love to try it!
