I had laser hair removal done about 5 years ago. And over the last year I've noticed more and more of that hair coming back. Can you believe it! I was told I'd get atleast 7-10 years of no more shaving. Well, I've been shaving pretty regularly for the last year now and this spring I started to wax again but I can't find my favorite Nads sugar wax locally anymore. I did pick up a Gigi strip free microwave cup and found that I don't really care for the GiGi wax kit because I really prefer the water cleanup of the Nads system. But I tried it anyways as this hair has to go. Then I was surfing Amazon the other day and saw people talking about epilating. I did alot of reading and decided I'd try the Epilady Legend. In my excitement of trying something new I tried that thing just about everywhere. I do have to admit my knees are very sensitive along with my face and other more private areas. But it did a fantastic job. I'm really impressed. It has taken me two evenings to get my legs and face done but I did it and now we wait to see how long it lasts. I'm sure I'll be doing this every few days till I get most of the current hair growth then probably every few weeks after that.

How about you? Whats your prefered hair removal method and do you have any really neat or crazy stories to tell?

It's just like tweasing. There is a little pain involved. But if you hold your skin tight then it's less.

I guess I am old-school, I still shave my legs, underarms and everything else with a regular shaver. Although I do admit it definitely does not last very long, maybe 2 days. I tried waxing before, and found that it really hurt and was so messy, maybe I wasn't using a good enough brand. But epilating sounds interesting, Does it hurt?
