Easy Peasy Holiday dip-Texas Caviar…

Texas Caviar:

2 cans Pinto Beans

2 cans Black Beans

2 cans White Corn

Drain and rinse and put in a large bowl.

Add 1 green, 1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper diced.

1 red onion diced

1 bunch of cilantro diced

1 jalapeno or serrano chili diced (more if you like it)

1 bottle of zesty Italian dressing (or whatever brand you like).

Mix well and serve with chips. Yummy & healthy!

Great to take to holiday parties…I hope you enjoy it as much as I did! ❆
