Thanks, dM! "Heart-focused" copy means that the intent is based in integrity. In no way is this approach  mamby-pamby, weak, or ineffective. It is a new paradigm business approach to conducting business with an emphasis on service, instead of sales. What's incredible about this method is that it actually increases results! Customers feel when they're being sold and the resonance is actually a DISincentive to purchasing from providers who are still operating with this mentality. Fascinating, isn't it?!
