Recently, my dad and mom passed away within months of each other. They were so dear to me. Yes, they lived long lives. No matter what, death is a final good-bye to the physical of someone you love dearly. No more hugs, phone calls, and just being with them and feeling the love from only a mom or dad can give. The grief comes in waves and at unexpected times. I miss them more as time goes on. Grief must be felt and moved through and out of the body.
I am fortunate to love what I do and this has helped tremendously with the grief.
Aromatherapy has also played a huge part in the grieving process. I use essential oils everyday to help calm my nerves, sleep, and instill a sense of love and peace. My favorites right now are lemon balm, rose and neroli. Let me tell you about sweet and gentle neroli that rescued me by calming my frazzled nerves and helping me to sleep.
Neroli Essential Oil Citrus aurantium is soothing, sedating and balancing. If I had to say the number one emotional quality Neroli has is the ability to calm nerves and help with anxiety. Try carrying a few drops in a tiny vial to smell throughout the day or apply a drop directly to your heart area, then cup your hands and inhale the aroma still left on your hands.
For Skin and Body: Neroli is highly revitalizing and regenerative. It helps to tone, balance and promote elasticity of the skin. Use for most skin care types, especially broken capillaries, stretch marks, combination skin, dry skin, sensitive skin and mature skin. Neroli has a strong scent, less is more. It is expensive.

Essential Elements, I agree. Thanks for your comment.
Neroli is an amazing essential oil for emotional issues. It is also a wonderful deodorizing oil if put into a spray or defused in a room. I love your blend of Lemon Balm, Rose, and Neroli. Rose and Neroli are oils that run alittle bit more money in the marketplace but the good news is they are what I like to call"one drop wonders". A little goes a long way! Because these oils are valuable it is important to buy GC/MS tested oils to insure purity. Check out Essential Elements (our webstore) for the highest quality essential oils. We sell Rose Otto and Neroli in small amounts so they are affordable to everyone. http://EssentialElementsSite.com
