Hey, I apologize i haven't been online for a while. Don't know if you found the link yet, here it is http://www.leg.state.fl.us/statutes/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&Search_String=&URL=Ch0499/SEC015.HTM&Title=-%3E2008-%3ECh0499-%3ESection%20015#0499.015
Copy and paste the whole thing above into the browser, it should take you to the exact page in the florida statutes

Hi Valaura,

I got that information from the discussion boards, specifically under the heading 'COSMETIC LABELING AND REGULATIONS'. There were a few posts on the subject, but there was one called 'FLORIDA PERMITTING FOR COSMETICS'. Theres a link in one of the comments that takes you right to the florida statutes.
Have a look, I'm trying to investigate this some more.

Hi Valaura,
I'm in the process of starting a business. I couldn't help but notice you are in Florida, same as I am. Just wondering how you jumped through the hoops that florida requires. From what I've learned, you can't make the products at home, and you have to have a licence for each product.
Was just wondering how long the whole process took for you and what advice you have on it.

Thanks in advance,

Angela
