Hi Stephanie,
I tried the Lotioncrafter base, did not care for it at all, I ordered from "Just Scent" Linen/body spray...not too bad...easy directions it tends to "bubble like a soap when you shake it. I tried the polysorbate 20, then switched to Crafters Choice Modifier, works good, I don't have to worry about cloudiness as you can't see through my bottles. I just want the smell to last like those little "bath and body sprays (slatkin) maybe because they are pressurized they work better. The cyclo is very nice to work with just a little pricey, I decided to use 2 oz bottles with the cyclo and price it at $6.00, the 4 oz use regular modieer and price at $5.00
