Rae Keegan left a comment for Rae KeeganMy mission is simple: to provide the finest quality, ritual ready incenses, anointing oils and other ceremonial paraphernalia for the modern Wiccan.
To achieve this goal, I joyfully work under these tenets:
* To remain a student of my craft. I strive to continually expand my knowlege of ingredients--the workings and lives of the plants, their ethnobotanical and historic spiritual attributions across human culture.
* To remain open to divine guidance in the practice of my craft. Even with much scholarly dedication, I act with humility and openness to the Un-Knowable.
* To practice clarity of purpose daily. That, on the strength of my commitment to serving the Highest Good of All, and proceeding in accord with ethical traditions, I will be a worthy channel for the divine, an unambiguous hollow bone.
* To utilize only the finest materials. I nurture what I am able to grow in my own gardens, wildcraft with reverence what I may, and purchase pure ingredients from others who operate from a place of passion for these gifts of the earth.

Rae -- Sorry you can't make the call tonight on Using Herbs to Boost Energy. Seeing your description of what you do, I can definitely relate. It's the spirit of the plants that "talk" to me, sharing how they work in the body.
Rae Keegan said… A little more detail:
Founded in the rural Puget Sound region of western Washington, Herb Majicks is a cottage industry owned and operated by Wiccan priestess Epona, also known as Reverend Rae Keegan. As a Priestess, I seek to reinforce and further the ancient and on-going spiritual collaboration between the plant and human worlds. For the past seventeen years Herb Majicks has been a partner in my service to the Goddess.
It is my belief that by working in accord with the Divas and Plant Spirits, with honor and integrity, one’s sense of connectedness with the Divine is deepened and even the simplest rituals become more effective and profound.
As my intent is to learn as well as teach, do share your experiences and comments regarding the products. Special orders and custom blend requests are more than welcome.
A note about the ingredient lists in the catalog: be aware that from time to time it will be necessary to substitute compatible materials as demand and availability dictate. For instance, an exceptionally cold, late spring may make for a limited harvest of Violet flowers. Folks ordering Vernal Equinox incense later in the year would be likely to have Apple (if I have them-same problem) or Lilac blossoms substituted in their blends. You can always be sure that any substitutions will be made in keeping with the basic principals of majickal aromatherapy and traditional associations.
Herb Majicks wishes you Health, Peace, Prosperity and Joy.
Blessed Be!
