Essential Wholesale & Labs commented on the blog post 'Fragrance - What Will Do With It Today?'
"Fragrance oils, essential oils, natural occuring aromas, cooking scents and just about any aroma can create a strong scent memory. But the therapeutic properties of an essential oil cannot be duplicated with aroma chemicals in the lab. Lab created…"

Fragrance - What Will Do With It Today?

Rather synthetically produced or obtained directly from an herb or flower, the fragrance produced from these can influence our heart rate, our blood pressure, and our breathing. Essential oils, derived from flowers and herbs are chemical compounds, just as fragrance oils are combinations of synthetically produced chemical compounds. Often, fragrance oils are combined with essential oils to produce an essence. The chemical particles of a substance, once inhaled, is interpreted by the brain as an… Continue

Hi!!

How are you? I hope you are having a great day! As you know, our site is open to the public as a way to facilitate new customer connections for members. I am working hard to make sure that people here know when they are and when they are not communicating with a Professional Member of the Indie Beauty Network.

To do this, I am asking all Professional Members of IBN to update their Personal Profiles here to indicate that they are a member. Will you help us make sure that our Professional Member stand out by updating your Personal Profile to indicate your status as a Professional Paid Member of IBN by using this format:

IBN Member Donna Johnson - Donna's Soap Co.

You can see a few other member Profiles using this format here:

http://www.indiebeauty.com/profile/ReginaMowrer

and

http://www.indiebeauty.com/profile/JoAnnHines

To do this, go to your Profile Page, then choose Settings on the right side of the page, then simply input the information in the place for your name and choose Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

Doing this also helps for search purposes because if someone goes to our Community page and is looking for you using your name, or using your brand name or using "IBN Member" because they want to see all members displayed, they will hit on you! And we like that, right??!

Thanks for helping us make sure that Professional Dues Paying members stand out at the site! After all, that's what it's designed for -- to make our members stand out!!

If I can help, please let me know.

Thanks!

Greetings and Welcome to Indie Beauty!

As our friend and special guest, we are delighted to have you here at our online gathering place. (Or, if you are a member of the Indie Beauty Network, then this is your public online home, so don't forget to click on "IBN Private!" above to connect with other professional IBN members!) There are lots of fun and exciting things to do and people to meet. Here are a few suggestions to get you started.

- If you have not already done so, please add your photo and your real first and last names to your Profile Page. We mean business here at Indie Beauty and we want to know who we're doing business with! To help us connect and do business, please do not use a product photo for the picture of you in your Profile Page.

- Check out the IBN Member Branded Company Pages where you can learn all about IBN members and the products and services they offer. If you see something you like or have questions about a product, a service or a class you'd like to take, send a message to introduce yourself!

- Enjoy some informative blog posts and add your thoughts, questions and comments.

- Check out the most recent recorded version of Indie Cafe and the chat stream that goes along with it. You're welcome to join us LIVE at Indie Cafe (most) Monday nights at 10:00pm EST for a time of uplift and empowerment that gets the week off to a great start!

- Enjoy some of the entertaining videos that IBN members have posted to inform you about the fantastic things they are doing in their lives and their businesses.

- Please take a look at our site Terms of Use which helps us present a uniform and professional place for you to network. And feel free to read our About Page to learn more about the Indie Beauty Network, how it got started, what it's mission is and how IBN and its members can serve you!

- And last but not least, if you like it here, please tell a friend by clicking the phrase under the link to the right that says: "Are You Having Fun??!" This will open up your Twitter page so you can share the fun with people you know.

Oh! And if you're on Twitter, I'd like to connect with you there so please follow me and I'll follow you back!

Warm up, make some friends, connect and collaborate!

On behalf of the hundreds of members of the Indie Beauty Network, I want you to know that we are glad you are here. Please do not hesitate to call on me or any IBN member to let us know how we can serve you.

Indie Love,
dM (Donna Maria)
