I went through a cleansing/detox diet about a month ago and am loving my new diet mostly absent of dairy and wheat. In the process have discovered a world of other nutritious and delicious grains and foods. BTW, I don't miss the old way o...f eating, but I do treat myself to a delicious cupcake once in a while. Hi Marianne..Thanks for the compliment. The fabric bags are actually cosmetic bags that I put samplers in. So the bags have a little soap, salve, bath salt and lip balm. At some point they will also contain a lotion sampler too.
