Hello, I've been on a search on how to make an eyeshadow primer. I can't find any reliable resources on making one. I've seen a ton on natural eye primer however it's only a finished product. Would anyone have any guidance on how to start making an eyeshadow primer? I'm not asking for a recipe but would love more information on how to start. Thank You! See More

Hello, I'm looking to find a supplier where I can purchase batch certified FD&C dyes where I'm able to manufacture makeup and resell? A few of the suppliers I go through are only for personal use.
