Hi Indy Ladies!I have applied for trademark in Canada recently. I am wondering when I should apply in the US? My products are sold in Canada, but will quickly cross over to the US. Should I go ahead and trademark right away? And what about the UK, Australia, and Asia? If I want to go worldwide, when do I trademark so I can grow without worrying that someone has my name somewhere else. I have checked the name and it's ok in Canada, US, and UK so far. Thanks for your advice.LivenSee More
