From what I've learned, I do believe the true amount actually in the jar/container is considered the net weight. Hopefully someone else also replies with advice for you too... check out the fda.gov website... there's information…"

Regarding the Lotion and Body Butters online classes. I do have available the e-video and the e-class handout. (the body butters will be available in a few days.) They include the recipes and thorough instructions and watching me making the products. They are similar to the online classes but don't have the live questons and answers.
