Good Manufacturing

Hi Indies!I had a quick question that has to do with good manufacturing practice... do any of you keep bulk ingredients, like baking soda ( 20 lbs) in a storage bin, like a Rubbermaid bin that you can get from Walmart?  I have some but wasn't sure if I should make sure what ever i use is " air tight" ( not to mention i am not even sure where to get an item like that...)any insight would help, thanks!!!See More

Hi Courtney - thanks for the kind words!!!  I actually did it myself.  It's not perfect but it's good enough.  I have spent many sleepless nights messing with it and googling how to do this and that.  I didn't have any budget to pay someone else so had to find a way.  I'm in Doylestown which is closer to Philadelphia.  I used to come to Ohio a lot for work (Dayton/Miamisburg area).  Would be great to meet up if I find my way out there again or if you're in state! :)
