We should talk in the next month or two, I am going to start podcasting in February. Perhaps we could do a podcast together on "How to pick a name for your new business" or something along this topic. I get asked all the time about "getting sued"...seems to me there are a lot of women who don't move forward b/cz of fear of being sued. Also, everyone who asks has already gotten advice from "their friend" (who isn't a lawyer) about IP...you know where I am going with this, the advice is always wrong!!!
