I also wish to add that we are not pro chemical as your natural foods versus synthetically created substances are not mutually exclusive.  They are all chemicals, so this is not an issue of pro or anti chemical, but is about all chemicals and…

Unfortunately Karen, you have just repeated the battle cry from the CFSC....Your basis for explanation is reflective of the EU's ban on 1100 ingredients....Have you even seen the list?  Are you aware that the entire list of ingredients…

Katie you may find this link helpful to understand what they were born out of, but it has always been about money right from the beginning.  And they now exploit the dangers of cosmetics since Dr. John Peterson “Pete” Myers is…

Bottom line and simple really, the new exploitation of this marketing ploy, is exactly that, as you stated throughout your remarks.  It is for Political power, those that don't have it, but want it and for money, those that must have it at…

Thank you very much for the heads up of keeping us up to date.  This is very important and should be spread to our readers of our blogs.  Now if we can only get the CFSC and EWG to update as well, but that will not serve their agenda....

Sterling Minerals™ Cosmetics

My mission is to assist women who have had cosmetic procedures, skin treatments for sun damage, suffer from rosacea or acne, in reclaiming that wonderful rose petal softness to their skin once again with the use of my non-irritating, bismuth oxychloride free and chemical free mineral makeup.

My Foundations are excellent for those with even the most sensitive, delicate skin. My age defying mineral cosmetics may actually improve the condition and texture of fragile skin since many of the ingredients I use are still used today in the Ancient Art of Ayurveda.

Lipstick On My Clothes.....Now What?

How many of us have experienced the destructive nature of the elusive lipstick getting into the washing machine or dryer only to transform our beautiful clothes or brand new outfit into a tie dye design?

This just happened to me yesterday and fortunately I had had experience with removing chapstick stains from my husbands clothes. Colored waxy stains however, were going to be a new experience.

Here are some great tidbits and tips on salvaging your favorite… Continue

My Lipstick and Blush Are Changing Color On My Face

This is a must read if you're experiencing shifts in color to your blush or lipstick. I personally experienced this phenomenon and through a ton of trial and error and further research, I figured out the way to correct it. It was far from simple, but once discovered, I never experienced a funny makeup day again.

New Skin Care Line

Well my skin care line is almost ready to launch after the Holidays. Finally came up with a name for the product line and it was created by my husband. It was sheer brilliance on his part. I love it. It is derived from more than one meaning and a combination of words. Completely Arbitrary, yet undiscovered so Trademarking it should be a snap.

My hubby and I are going on vacation soon and we are just going to get in car and drive to Idaho. Been through Coeur d' Alene but never stayed there before or toured around, any ideas for me to see?
Looks so beautiful

Hello There,
When I received your products they came in a bubble wrap package, that would work great for shipping soap too. May I ask where you get those?

Thanks

Thanks for the kudos on the video and outdoor area. We are blessed with a beautiful back yard with lots of trees. It's very green and lush. It's nice to have a good background. Your comments are greatly appreciated. Trying to make it all fun!

My order arrive and just thougt I would say. Love your product!! Once I am finished with the samples, which I got 2 colors to see what works best, I will be ordering larger sizes. I am 55 and wanted to see if it would cover those nasty age spots and so far so good, I use a cover up and then the mineral make up over it.
Thanks again

Malta won't waive the room fee. Thought I'd let you know.

Malta Martin is the person I've been dealing with, and I asked for waiver of the room fee. Maybe the economy? Anyway, thanks for the tip. I will get back with her, mention your name and ask if we can have the same consideration.

Thanks for your assistance and willingness to help make this happen.

If she won't waive the fee, I still think $50 is reasonable for buffet dinner. I think it might be a bit much for breakfast, but dinner maybe different.

If you have other thoughts, let me know. Otherwise, stay tuned.

Thanks again, Katherine!

Hi Katherine,

I hope you are well. I've been speaking with Jeanne about a possible Indie Business event in Boise. I hope you will take a moment to let me know your thoughts -- I'm asking Jeanne too. Here's what I've uncovered, based on a quote and information from the hotel Jeanne recommended in Eagle.

A Saturday evening, dinner from 6 to 9:

Room for 40-50 people: $400 (they won't waive the room fee)
Dinner per person (representative): $30 (this is for salmon, salad, a side veggie and non-alcoholic beverage choices)

Add gratuity of 17% and tax 6%, or 23%.

Let's assume 40 people.

Price per person to break even is about $50.

Speakers are: an insurance professional to discuss various different types of ways to insure your small business, including products liability, premises and executive insurance, and merchant processing expert to discuss how the benefits of having a merchant account for your online business, how merchant processing works, how to save on your merchant processing costs.

I will also speak on the Indie Business Revolution, a short sort of Keynote to encourage and inspire people to new heights in their small businesses.

What do you think of the price point and basic overview? I'm going to ask Katherine too!

Thanks for your input.

dM
