October is Business Planning Month at Indie,
and I am helping you focus on the importance
of business planning -- and to either prepare
your business plan, or improve the one you have.
Why is this important?

Lately, I've had so many conversations with
overwhelmed Indies. While the specifics vary,
often, the overwhelm is caused in large part
because the business owner does not have
business plan.

Without a plan, it's impossible to prioritize things. Without priorities,
nothing gets done, and if it does, it's often at the expense of your
sanity!
