December 7: What I Learned So Far This Month (it's not what you might think ...)

Hey Indies!

Here are three things I learned so far this month:

1. I can make myself work out at least 5 days a week
2. I can drop weight over a Thanksgiving holiday
3. My waist is shrinking

OK, so, as you can see, I'm focused on health and
fitness now. In fact, it's the focus of Indie Business
Podcast all month long.

I'm especially excited about next week's show when
Tiffany McCauley shares How To Eat Clean During The
Holidays. We'll discuss how you can make any recipe a "clean" one so
you can your cake and eat it too over the holidays!

Fitness is a constant challenge for me, but it's easier because I have
a good support system. One of the best if the #FitCEOs hash tag on
Twitter. Anyone can join us, as we Tweet about our workouts, share
our health and fitness progress, link to healthful recipes, and
encourage each other to be our best. I am having fun Tweeting my
pedometer readings each night. If you aim to be as fit as possible,
even if you're not trying to shed pounds, come on over and join us.
