Cigar Bands for Soaps

PLEASE HELP....I am working with a designer to create cigar bands for my soaps; however, I do not know what material to use to print the band on or what printing company to use. I just need some guidance on what to do with the cigar band design....how do I get it onto the soap. Please advise.

Nickola: I believe Online Labels has cigar band labels. Is this a project that you want to print in your workshop? If so, check them out. I can't help you with applying the label to the soap. I would imagine either using a glue dot or a glue stick could be use to secure both ends. Good luck with this project. I think you've been working on this for some time.

I use card stock to print my bands. You can use natural or white and can easily pick up a pack at the local office supply store.

Nikola - You've probably gotten your answer by now, but you can use regular printer paper - consider a colored paper. You should be able to fit at least four cigar bands on one sheet of paper (landscape). Then just cut in between the lines (your printer can do this). Voila! you have your labels. You can do this on your home printer if you have small amounts. Check out a local neighborhood printer.
