I'm gonna suggest we wait until May and go to the only Lavender Farm in NJ when they open in May.Check them out at http://www.pleasantvalleylavender.com/. I know the dates shown are for 2011 but I am sure they will be similar for 2012. We can do a picnic. Everyone bring their own lunch.
