As far as I know if you provide your INCI ingredient list you are okay with FDA. You should however have indemnification language in the contracts with your sellers. Dennis and Kayla can probably help you more.

Hi Tyrika,

Congratulations on offering this service. I can tell you from personal experience that it can be a very rewarding one! The one thing I would recommend is making sure you have liability insurance. Indie Beauty has a program that is very affordable. Larger retailers, in particular will want to know that you are insured for up to 1M...some 2M and will want to be put on your insurance rider in case any liability issues come up.
