Can anyone help me with a resale agreement? I would like to approach some spa/salons in my area to resell my lotions. (It's about time, I've been formulating for 2 years now!) I'm looking for your enlightenment on what a good agreement looks like...

Jewel, I want to make sure I understand what you need. Do you want examples of a wholesale agreement, tips on a wholesale agreement, or are you needing to compare notes for a consignment (resell) type of transaction?
Kudo's to you for your step-ahead thinking. There is a lot to consider, have in place before you approach potential customers. With your ducks in a row, you can be the business person that appeals to the spa and salon businesses.
