Exciting New Site Additions and a Cautionary Note

Hi Everyone!

My how this community has grown! There are over 2,100 of you here now connecting and collaborating!! I'm so glad you're here. Please let me know how I can make your experience better. You can email me privately at donnamaria at carolina.rr.com or leave a comment, suggestion or question below!

You may notice a few changes to the site. Here's a short summary:

1. I consolidated some of the navigation links at the top of the page to fit them under Community. This cleans up the navigation bar and makes it less cluttered.

2. I have added a shop link. Shortly, Premium members will be able to list their products there, with links to their websites.

3. I added a text box at the top center of the home page so you can quickly see what the latest discussions and topic of interest are. Using those links is a wonderful way to go straight to what you want to discuss and fine like-minded people who want to discuss it with you!

One final note. Please do not post obnoxious solicitations at this site. I want you to share what you're doing, but when that does not also add value, the collaborative experience suffers and that's not good for any of us personally or professionally. It's great to share that you are having a special sale or launching new product line -- best place to do that is here, or maybe here if you are a Premium Indie Beauty member.

But please do not come here and cut and paste solicitation messages and post them in separate discussion areas in an effort to advertise your product or service in a way that disrupts the community here.
