Indie Business Community

Enjoy Your Life! Build Your Business! Have Your Way!

As an awakening or awakened woman, what information would be helpful to you RIGHT NOW to educate you, and ignite and fuel your journey?

As women, it’s our time in history to stand.
Not for anything. Not against anything.
But to simply stand in our power.
Power is not our birthright.
Power is our nature; our very essence.

As one of the original founding members of Indie Beauty, with expertise in the handmade beauty industry, female entrepreneurship, conscious entrepreneurship and the women's empowerment paradigm shift, I am developing a series of real-world, real-time, real-benefit teleclasses. And I want to hear from you so I can deliver content that has true value and meaning.

From your personal experience and of the women in your circles, what message do you think women most need to hear? Is it about relationships? Health & wellness? Finances? Career? Overall happiness? Help with tangible skills during this shift? The hows of standing in power?

Let me know your thoughts. I thank you in advance, Sisters. We are a powerful collective and can accomplish anything our hearts desire in conscious collaboration.

Confidence is a great topic for a budding entrepreneur. Fear can be a destroyer. It can sabotage efforts, limit growth. I love the quote (I cannot remember who said it), "There is nothing to fear, but fear itself." Truly an idea to grasp!
Hi, Mary~
Thanks for your comments. You're absolutely right; confidence is a key issue for women in both business and our personal lives. When we address it at the core, it benefits us in every area of our lives. Again, thanks for taking the time to respond.

Blessings,
Charlon
I agree with Mary -- fear is holding so many people back. It comes in many forms and is often hard to detect because it's masked by so many things. Mary hit another nail on the head with the idea of confidence.

I would add leadership -- if you own a business, no matter the size, you are a leader! But too few Indies appreciate their position of influence. Consequently, they never maximize their potential as business leaders. This is a shame since most of us are women.

I'd love to see teleclasses on leveraging our feminine leadership capabilities to lead the next generation of small and independent business owners to positions of power in society at the local and national levels.

Go Charlon!

Confidence and leadership. Yes, I can see how addressing those from a conscious/spiritual perspective would be beneficial in every area of life; especially business. They are a natural and complementary combination and a necessity to blast through self-imposed limitation to really thrive. Thank you for your input. It plants the seeds for a powerful teleclass.

As the Universe's willing conduit to apply my life skill set to empower women, I am inspired to develop a class that leaves them charged and ready to achieve anything and everything they desire. Thanks again, dM.
As a follow-up to this post, a 1-hour teleclass is scheduled for Tuesday, September 14th at 6 PM (Pacific). The title?

From Fear to Fearless, Forever: 3 Proven Insights To Transform Para...

Because of my passion for Indies, I have designated an IBN discount for all members and an additional credit of $10 for registering before Thursday, September 2nd. There's no better time than now to enjoy the rich content that I promise will plant seeds for fearless living, AND save you a few dollars!

When you speak, I listen. It's so important to empower women with the knowledge they want and need right now for real results. I am grateful for your comments that inspired this class. I look forward to hearing you on the call!
I think the importance of knowing the difference of how women and men conduct business. What hinders us from excelling that may come natural for our male counterparts. And also working with men ( or should I say men working for you) and overcoming some of the difficulties that may come with being "the boss" of a male employee (from an owners perspective)
thank you
Hi, Michelle~
Thanks for submitting your comments. Men and women are so different in business and in all aspects of life. We each have valuable perspectives and it's smart to take the best of both and assimilate them into one life; yours. Great insight and an interesting direction to pursue. Thank you so much!
