Our special guests are Kayla Fioravanti and Monique Hayward. Kayla is the co-founder of Essential Wholesale. Started with her husband in their bathroom medicine cabinet, Essential Wholesale is one of the fastest growing and most successful small cosmetics businesses in the nation.
Monique is the author of "Divas Doing Business: What the Guidebooks Don't Tell You About Being A Woman Entrepreneur."
