No company can thrive for long without a good brand name. Sounds easy, huh? Well, it can be, but often, it's not.

The road to a solid brand name is filled with speed bumps and pot holes and anyone who promises you that there is a way to avoid them entirely by choosing a good name is not telling you the truth.

There's more to choosing a good brand name than -- well, choosing a good brand name, and we are going to address what you need to know BEFORE you start using the name of your dreams (and after too, because this issue requires you continuous attention).

You'll learn how to choose a name you love, and also, one that can grow with your company. We'll also cover pitfalls to avoid, and take some of your questions.

We will focus on all types of small businesses generally, with an emphasis on those in the health, beauty and lifestyle industries.
