(This is a continuation of Part 1.)
In Part 1, not only did we review the basic components of a solid business plan, but we also used a template to help you draft one. By now, you should have filled in all of the blanks, and be on your way to establishing at least a short term roadmap for the future of your business.
In Part 2, we are going to focus exclusively on the financial part of your plan. Like Part 1, we are going to work through this process together. You are not alone!
When business planning is done in community, in MasterMind style, it's a lot more fun because everyone supports each other, and before you know it, you have the makings of a basic plan -- something you can use to set goals, prioritize daily activities, and minimize the overwhelm!
In 60-Minute Business Planning, Part 2, we will begin financial forecasting, and as we do so, we will replace overwhelm with productivity.
Here's what you'll learn:
- how to shine a magnifying glass on your expenses so you are not spending a single unnecessary penny
- how to create an income statement
- how to create a cash flow statement
- how to project how much money you'll need to run your business each year, and how to structure your activities so you can generate that money, and also make a profit
- and more!
You'll be able to ask questions and share ideas so we can make the most of our time producing your financial plan so you don't have to worry about it -- you can focus on what you love to do, and making that profitable!
